Refund Policy
Cenza VPN subscriptions are paid by bank card or SBP (YooKassa), in cryptocurrency (Heleket), or with Telegram Stars in our bot. Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.
When a refund is possible
A subscription is a digital service delivered instantly, so once access has been granted refunds are generally not issued. The exceptions are below.
- You must ask within 24 hours of payment and while no more than 100 MB of traffic has been used on the subscription. Both you and we can see that figure — in your dashboard and in the bot.
- A refund is also issued when the service was not delivered through a technical fault on our side: access was never granted, or the key did not work and could not be fixed.
- Message support on Telegram with the account e-mail or Telegram ID, the date and the payment method.
- Every request is reviewed individually; we tell you the decision and the timeline in the same chat.
When no refund is issued
- More than 24 hours have passed since payment, or more than 100 MB of traffic has been used.
- Account access is restricted for a breach of the Terms of Service.
- The request did not come from the account owner.
- The subscription was paid for with bonus days, a promo code or referral days — there is nothing to refund.
How and when the money arrives
An approved refund is issued via the same method the payment was made with. Card refunds take up to 10 business days — that window belongs to your bank, not to us. Telegram Stars are refunded through Telegram, and cryptocurrency goes back to the sending wallet.
Before starting a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please message support first: it is almost always the faster route, and a bank dispute only drags things out. This is a condition of using the service.
